1.0 SYNOPSIS
This course will introduced students to organizational behavior as a whole. The course
also stress on the concept of individual, group and organizational structure and the
importance of the concepts towards organization. This course will also cover about the
roles of manager in understanding and applying the concepts in developing and retaining
the competitiveness of the organization.
2.0 OBJECTIVES
2.2 Analyse how the study of organizational behaviour can be used in the real
workplace.
2.3 Develop good team-working skills with the ability to work in diversity.
3.1 Identify various theories and concepts of individuals, groups, and organizational
systems on human behaviour within an organizational context.
3.3 Demonstrate the ability to effectively work with people who have different
backgrounds, values or expertises.
