Work flow Manual

Path:SAP menu—Tools--- Workflow----Org plan---Expert mode----Simple maint---


PPOC_OLD (Creat)

Enter the Org unit name.(Normally done by HR)


In the menu go to view and click on key on to view the version number
In the Menu bar go to edit--- create the org unit. And enter the

Now click on the O—Org unit and create the position for the Org
Keep the curser on O and click on staff assignment tab in the menu

To get the screen which is displayed below


Now click on the position and create the jobs as shown below And the save
Now you can see the + indicator on O and you can drill down to view the created jobs

Whil creating You can create the all the jobs required at one stretch and when you are
saving only one will get saved. S click on the O and create the positions once again
and call the created the jobs by drilling down the Abbrevation field.
Now clic on the S (Position) and create assign holder

Select User (US) and enter the user name.


Here ends the work flow organization creation
(Organization, Position, Holder)
2) To varify automatic work flow customising.
Go to SWUD- Diagnosis
Now click on the verify automatic checking (Execute)
Click on the generate tab for customising. and Go to extras in the same screen and
select start verify work flow. After completing this Go to SAP menu—Office—
SBWP---Work place---Inbox

Double click on the first step in work flow verification

After this in the above screen click on the execute back ground step immediately.
In the above screen the first step is not appearing means verification is done.
Now go to out box and see the work flow executed by me
Now go to inbox unread document to view the message/Mail. Click the mail which
will lead you what to do
2 messsages you can find as below
1) User PPUSER made the user decision.
2) Verification workflow completed correctly.
The system has been configured correctly

Create Work Flow (using the so far created org.)
