Choice For You English Academy Inc.,, a duly registered corporation


has transferred its operations in Bokawkan Road Baguio City as
declared in the General Information Sheet. It has come to our
attention that in order to apply for re-registration to acquire the
TESDA Certificate of Registration, the Securities and Exchange
Commission must approve the update of the location transfer for
the confirmation of TESDA.

Under the circumstances being so, we would like to request from


your good office the necessary document for TESDA confirmation in
order for the school to start the process of registration.
