Dear Parent/Guardians,

At Rockford Manor we encourage all students to get involved in extra- curricular sport. We
believe that this is very beneficial to their physical and emotional wellbeing. There are a wide
variety of activities for our students to choose from and it is not too late for students to get
involved in these activities.

Now that the evenings are getting longer and the mornings are brighter, we would urge you to
encourage your daughter to get involved in some after school sports for the final school term.
