Following execution and consideration provided by this lot reservation, Buyers have 30 calendar days to
complete and execute a contract for the purchase of the subject lot or have started plans with ATH Homes.
Further earnest money and construction deposits will apply. Buyer(s), in good faith, agree to make
themselves available to visit with the builder and finalize all structural and non-structural options included
in the home to be built such that the subject house can be processed, permitted and made ready for on-
site construction. In the event the Buyer(s) party to this lot reservation does not meet the time lines as
stated above, the deposit placed, will be returned to the buyer in full, and the subject lot will be
unconditionally released from this lot reservation agreement. Unless plans have been drawn up
specifically for said Buyers then only $ 500 will be refunded out of the $ 1000 deposit.
