MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME


TO FILE ANSWER

COMES NOW, defendants, assisted by the undersigned


counsel, and unto this honorable court, most respectfully aver:

1. Defendants received a copy of the complaint on 22 January


2018. Defendants have until 06 February 2018 to file their
answer and/or responsive pleading thereto;

2. That this is the only time respondent secured the services of


the Public Attorney’s Office and they need to complete the
requirements and necessary documents, for the preparation
of their answer/or responsive pleading to the complaint;

3. Thus the undersigned counsel cannot prepare the Answer


and meet the 06 February 2018 deadline to file the same.
The extension of time is not meant to delay but merely due
to reasons stated above.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed to this Honorable


Court that this Motion be granted and that plaintiff be given
extension of Ten (10) days or until 16 February 2018 within which to
file Answer/ or a responsive pleading to the complaint.
