Weebly is a website creator. Students and others can go in and using the sub-domain of Weebly create their own websites that
cater to their own needs and the needs of any specific assignment given them. Especially portfolios. Students have create pages
that present different topics, ideas, assignments, and other applications. Students can make their portfolios public or private and
can even buy a domain if they so choose.
This is a great tool to use to help students put themselves in charge of their learning. This tool could be used to be a collection of
the students work over a semester and ultimately serve as a reference for them for the rest of their lives. By using this tool
students can customize their own portfolios so that can learn to express themselves in a constructive safe way and help them
discover talents and abilities in technology and creativity. It allows students flexibility to pace themselves at their own rate and
explore deeper learning.

This tool helps students take information they are learning and use it, apply it, and teach others about it. This website creator is a
way for students not only to gather information and put it all in one place, they are presenting and teaching this knowledge to the
world via the internet. This would not be possible without this tool or another like it.
