Schedule Collecting (Sharepoint tool example)

Goal: Allow each SME/Architect to list his activities inside the milestones and phases.
Context: There are 4 phases (Start-up, Planning, Execution and Closeout). SMEs may only pay
attention to Planning and Execution and eventually closeout.

How works: Each SME may fulfill an independent sheet. Later we compile!
Feel free to:
- Include activities
- Update Major Milestones
- Include dependencies (if you don't know the "source name", leave blank.
