WiFi unable to connect to access points after resume from hibernation mode.
After resume from hibernation mode, sporadically cannot connect to Miracast display. Windows 10®
WiFi icon signal strength in scan list shows differently before/after connecting to an access Windows 10®
point.
Unable to connect to an access point when it is set to channel 13 (does not apply to North Windows 10®
America).
