SHOULD ALWAYS BE AS PER MARPOL APPENDIX V TO ANNEX VI. IN RESPECT TO THE SAMPLES, SEAL
NUMBER/PORT/DATE/SUPPLIER TO BE ENTERED IN VESSEL'S LOG BOOK. ANY DISCREPANCY IN THE
IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE RESPONSIBLE OPERATOR. ANY SHORT OR EXCESS DELIVERIES NOT TO
BE ACCEPTED UNLESS APPROVED BY BUNGE.
WHEN BUNKERING FOR OUR ACCOUNT, ONE OF YOUR ENGINEERS IS TO WITNESS AND RECORD FLOW
METER READINGS OR BUNKER-BARGE SOUNDINGS ON START AND COMPLETION OF BUNKERING.
APPROPRIATE SAMPLES (CONTINUOUS DRIP METHOD) TO BE DRAWN ON VESSELS MANIFOLD FROM
COMMENCEMENT OF BUNKERING. THE SAMPLES TO BE SEALED AND SIGNED BY SUPPLIERS
REPRESENTATIVE AS WELL AS VESSELS REPRESENTATIVE AND STORED ON BOARD FOR OUR EXCLUSIVE
USE.

The Charterers or their agents are authorized to issue and sign Bill(s) of Lading on the Charterers' usual
form on the Owners' and the Master's behalf for cargo as presented. The Charterers shall indemnify the
Owners from all consequences of non-conformity of Bill(s) of Lading signed with Mate's receipts.
Should Bill(s) of Lading not be available at discharging port on the Vessel's arrival the Master/Owners
hereby agree to release the cargo against the Charterers' signing a Letter of Indemnity as per the
Owners' P & I Club wording attached herewith.
Stevedore damages
Any damage caused by stevedore during the currency of this Charter shall be reported by Captain to the
Charterers or their agents, in writing, within 24 hours of the occurrence or as soon as possible
thereafter. The Captain shall use his best efforts to obtain written acknowledgement by responsible
parties causing damages unless damage should have been made good in the meantime.
Stevedore damage involving seaworthiness shall be repaired without delay to the Vessel after each
occurrence in the Charterers' time and shall be paid for by the Charterers. Other minor repairs shall be
done at the same time, but if this is not possible, same shall be repaired while the Vessel is in drydock in
the Owners' time, provided this does not interfere with the Owners' repair work, or by the Vessel's crew
at the Owners' convenience. All costs of such repairs shall be for the Charterers' account. Any time spent
in repairing stevedore damage shall be for the Charterers' account.
The Charterers shall pay for stevedore damage. In the case of stevedore damage, for which the
Charterers may be liable under the terms of this Charter Party, all such damage must be reported by the
Master in writing to the Charterers agents giving details of party causing same within 24 hours of
occurrence or before departure from the port where such damage occurs whichever is later. Hidden
damages must be reported as soon as they are reasonable detectable but not later than 24 hours after
completion operation at next port.
All damages for which the Charterers are liable not being wear and tear and not affecting vessels
seaworthiness shall be made good by occasional repairs when the Vessel is to dock for the Owners'
account, the Charterers paying actual costs of repairs but not for time used unless it exceeds the time
used for vessels own repair. The Charterers to have the right to have their representative in attendance
at the time of such repair.

POSITION REPORT ,ARRIVAL REPORT AND PORT MOVEMENT REPORTAS PER OUR COMMUNICATION
