1 - You can find a lot of right angles in this beautiful window at Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh. All right angles equal 90
degrees.
2 - My cats, Wally and Cleo, and I formed an acute triangle together! Acute triangles are formed by three acute angles.
3 - The banner for PMEA District Band has a concave polygon on it. If you extend any of the sides they cross another side.
4 - While holding my new baby cousin, Lee Austin, my arm formed an obtuse angle. The measures of obtuse angles are more
than 90 degrees.
5 - Excited for the new Han Solo movie, but I'm even more excited for the parallelogram in the logo! Parallelograms are formed
by two pairs of parallel lines.
6 - It was too cold to go swimming in Georgia with my mom, but at least the pool umbrella forms an isosceles triangle. Isosceles
triangles have two congruent sides and two congruent angles.
7 - The flags at PNC Park were forming acute angles when I met Garret Cole. The measures of acute angles are less than 90
degrees.
8 - The keys on my flute form circles. Circles measures 360 degrees.
9 - Quigley's performance of Guys and Dolls was amazing! Got a picture with some of the stars in front of a wall full of
rectangles. The opposite sides of rectangles are congruent.
10 - It was finally nice enough to try to shoot my bow. The arrow is bisecting the angle formed by the bowstring. Both angles are
congruent.
11 - I (tried) to take a picture with this giraffe at Living Treasures but also got some perpendicular lines. The angles formed by
perpendicular lines are right angles.
12 - The signs on my door form polygons. Polygons are plane figures with at least three straight sides.
13 - There are lots of squares on this path in Hershey. All the sides and angles are congruent in a square.
14 - The crosswalk forms parallel lines in the parking lot in this picture taken before a football game. Parallel lines never cross
each other.
15 - The shelves on my bookcase form corresponding angles. Corresponding angles are also congruent.
