Sub: Special Menu requests

Dear all

Special Menu Requests, have to be confirmed by F&B Manager. Please do not sale or
propose any Menu to customer not approved by F&B Manager or Asst F&B Manager in
Charge.

Procedure
1. Sales send E-mail to Chef and F&B Manager with details of Menu request.
2. Chef will send the Menu with Cost Calculation to F&B Manager or Asst F&B
Manager in Charge.
3. F&B Manager or Asst F&B Manager in Charge will send the approved Menu in 24h
to Sales.
4. The Menu must be sent back to Sales Dept within 24 hoers since Request. (Week-end
48 hours)
5. In urgent cases this procedure can be done within 2 hours (Depending the Request).
