Leaders from the corporate world, carrying years of experience behind them, provide the students with fresh insights into the industry. We also have mentorship programmes and live corporate projects to keep our students abreast with the la test happenings.
The right mix of our iuil-time faculty and visiting faculty help the students relate theory to practice. Management Development Programmes conducted by our faculty members in co-ordination with various organizations help us impart the best management education and create future leaders.
We have a 30aO-plus strong alumni network, which has a.lways been a source of great pride and direction to us. This was espedally evident in the support that the alumni extended during the testing times last season, when most companies were reluctant to recruit. The alumni also continue to be in touch with the institute through guest lectures, student mentorship initiatives etc. The insights provided to the students by the alumni from across the globe are invalua.ble lessons for our aspiring managers.

Pre - Placement Talk
Kick-starting the placement process is the preplacement talk held by the company on our campus. Prospective recruiters inform students about what is on offer in terms of job profile, remuneration and growth opportunities. Students also get a chance to interact with employees of the company and learn more about the work culture.
Student Voting
The company is then graded by the batch through a democratic poll based on relevant parameters like:
• Job Profile
• Growth Prospects
• Remuneration
• Visibility on Campus
• Past Recruitment Record
• Alumni Feedback
On - Campus Recruiting
Recruitment sessions are then organized on campus for the companies, with prior co-ordination with them about the specific process expected.
Summer Placements
Students from the MMS-I course are selected by companies for summer projects through a similar but independent process.
Lateral Placements
Candidates with work-experience of greater than two years in relevant industries are given an opportunity for lateral placements.
Visibility on Campus
JBIMS promotes comprehensive interaction between students and the prospective recruiter so that both can take an informed decision. For this purpose, we provide companies a host of opportunities for visibility on campus. Companies can sponsor case study competitions, offer live offsummer projects, conduct workshops or guest lectures on campus, participate in Strategym - The Annual Business Convention, or interact with student clubs.
