1) Weekly HSSE Activities Summary:

 Facilitating the JSA development to :


- Instrument Team for Loop check and trouble shooting of F&G and process
instruments.
- Mechanical Team for OTP test of diesel system/Pump
 Prepare HSSE induction list of all SPIE personals and communicate to KIEL HSE
into three sessions.
 Attending the daily Tool Box Meeting with the SPIE site team.
 Produce the Weekly HSSE report.
 Follow up the daily observation action tracking register.
 Assist the Operation commissioning/ Piping team for the preparation of the
commissioning of fuel gas system and GTG running ( LO/TO , Pipe wrapping
,Safety signs …)
 Perform Routine site inspections to different locations , report the non-
conformities to the responsible parties ( SPIE-PTJ)
 Perform Audits for Permit to work system in the work location (MSS, slug
catcher…etc.)
 Coordinate the daily PTW meeting with PTJ-KIEL and follow up the issue-
revalidation and closure of permits.
