• Acronyms:
• ILT and ILO = Traditional live, instructor led, classroom training including hands-on experience.
• ILO = online class. ILT = in person class. ILx = available in either in-person or online format.
• SPVC = Self-Paced Virtual Classroom. Lecture recordings, course guides, and virtual machines combined
to give you the classroom experience on your own systems.
• BYOE = Bring Your Own Environment. Students use their own machines to build the lab environment and
work on the hands-on exercises. At the end of the course, students have a working environment that they
can continue to use
• WBT = Web-based training with recorded lecture and demos
• STE, TTEC, TTECGO = Playback of live calls with subject matter experts on new release features or
targeted topics.
• PoT = Proof of Technology: a demonstration of product functionality in a controlled, non-customer
environment.
• PoC = Proof of Concept: an objective-based demonstration of product functionality typically carried out on
customer premise utilizing customer-provided data.
