Orange dress:

Yarn: Glitter orange - Lustre or metallic yarn,


orange - 100% cotton 8/4
2 mm and 3 ½ mm knitting needles

Cast on 201 sts with 3 ½ mm knitting needles


and glitter orange.

Change to orange and work:


Row 1: K 1, * cast off 1 stitch, K 1 *, repeat
between *-* across row = 101 sts
Row 2: Purl stitch
Continue with stockinette stitch until work
measures 12 cm.

Now work:
Row 3: K 2, knit 2 sts tog across row, end with K
1 = 52 sts
Row 4: Purl stitch
Row 5: K 2, * K 2 tog, K 2, K 2 tog *, repeat
between *-* across row, end with K 2 = 36 sts
Row 6: Purl stitch

Change to glitter orange and 2 mm knitting


needles:
Continue with stockinette stitch until glitter
orange part measures 5 cm.

Change to orange and 3 ½ mm knitting needles


and work:
Rows 1, 3, 5: K 17, slip 2 sts knit stitch, K 17
Rows 2, 4, 6: P 17, slip 2 sts purl stitch, P 17

Change to glitter orange and 2 mm knitting


needles:
Row 7: K 5, cast off 5 sts, K 16, cast off 5 sts, K 5
Row 8: K 5, cast on 11 new sts, K 16, cast on 11
new sts, K 5

Cast off.
