Balance

The Computer training programme was organized in 2013 for teachers in different Indian states under SSA. The training programmes covered topics on how to operate computers, use computers to teach subjects, involve students, and use different languages to prepare lesson plans in their native tongue. Feedback forms were collected from 100 participants, with 50 from each state, to analyze the impact of the training program using an analytical method. The details of program completion and analysis through teleconferencing and in-person feedback is discussed in terms of mean percentage and a comparative study between two states to determine the impact of ICT and use of audio/video materials.

Research Support

The Computer training programme were organized in different states under SSA
in 2013. Trining programmes were organized for BRCCs’ CRCCs’ and the target
teachers .

Topic covered were :

how to operate computer

To use computer

To teach subject matter

To involve students

To use different language To preoare lesson plan in their mother tongue

Sample sample of the study constitue 100 feedback formats 50 from each state
collected from the target group

Design –analytical method has been adopted to see the impact of the training
programme.

Tools : For carring out the objective of the study , feed back formats of -05
developed by the researcher and DEP-SSA.

The detail complition and analysis of the programme throgh teleconfrencing and
face to face mode feed back has been discussed in terms of mean percentage and
comparative study have been made with respect to two states in order to find out
the impact of ICT ,use of audio, video material. Table below exhibits the
percentage of effectiveness in specific content and presentaion of the content.
