 Lucky draw will be done for selecting the respective teams for league matches as
A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J……

 This Lucky draw will be followed by League Stage, as mentioned in the above schedule, as per
the number of participating teams.

 This league stage will be followed by Knockouts.

 Knockouts stages will be as follows:-

o Top four teams in the league stage will qualify for the semifinals:-
 1st-ranked v 4th-ranked (in the league stage),
 2nd-ranked v 3rd-ranked (in the league stage).

o These semifinals will be followed by Final:-


 Between the winners of the two semifinals.

 There will be no effect of the league-stage rankings on the outcome of Knockout stages(Semi-
Finals and Final).
MATCH RULES

 In the League Stage and Semi Finals, the match will be divided into 4 quarters of 7 minutes each.

 The Final match will be divided into 4 quarters of 9 minutes each.

 Each team will comprise of 5 on-field players and 4 substitutes.

 A Player can continue playing only upto 4 fouls, after which any more foul by the player will
result in his disqualification from the game by the referee (with no substitution allowed then).

 There will be a single 30-second timeout per quarter per team during the match.

 The Tie-Breaker rules for the League Stage will be as follows:-

o In case of clash of number of wins between the teams, the team with a higher point
difference will be given higher preference.
 Point difference = Points Scored –Points Conceeded.

o In case of clash of number of wins and point difference between the teams, the team
with a higher number of points scored will be given higher preference.

o If still there is tie between the teams, then there will be Penalty throw, between the
corresponding teams separately, i.e. those teams will be called separately for the penalty
throw.

 Rules for the Penalty Throw:-

o There will be 5 throws each from the Freethrow Line alternatively by the two teams.

o In case of Tie in the above Penalty throws, there will be throws till Sudden Death.

 The Tie-Breaker rules for the Knock-Out Matches (Semifinals and Final only):-

o There will be an extra time of 5 minutes added to the clock, after full time.

o If after these extra 5 minutes, there is still a tie between the two teams, then penalty
throw will be used.

 NO CHANGES IN THESE RULES WILL BE ENTERTAINED, UNTIL ANY


UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES EXIST.
 ONLY CAPTAINS AND/OR DEPARTMENTAL SPORTS COORDINATORS ARE
ELIGIBLE TO COMPLAIN, IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE DURING THE CONDUCT OF
THE MATCH.
 THE DECISION OF THE REFEREE CONCERNED WITH THE MATCH WILL BE
CONSIDERED FINAL, INCLUDING FOULS AND OTHER FORMS OF MISCONDUCT
BY ANY PLAYER.
