95% to 100%.
United Homes, Autumn Equities, etc have been the defendants in many lawsuits
over defective construction, building collapses, predatory lending, etc. According
to the lawsuits, United Homes bought 3rd-rate properties, painted & plastered
and then flipped them for 2 to 3 times their true value.
