US Coast Guard Incompatability Chart

The U.S. Coast Guard Incompatibility Chart shows which cargo groups should not be stored or transported together due to chemical incompatibility. The chart uses an "X" to indicate groups that should not be mixed, for example group 1 (non-oxidizing mineral acids) should not be mixed with groups 2 through 22. The chart is used to prevent dangerous chemical reactions during storage and transport of hazardous materials.
