We are pleased to inform that Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS will be organizing its 34th Science &
Engineering Design Exhibition (SEDEX 34) on 10th and 11st December 2014 where more than 200
projects and new inventions will be exhibited. This exhibition targets participation from more than 3000
lecturers, researchers and students of this campus as well as from the surrounding schools and
universities.

Participants of various categories will showcase their researches and innovation projects during this two
day exhibition. This event has continuously unleashed many well rounded graduates throughout the
years. Not only it has provided a platform for the university’s community to present their innovative
products internally, some successful researches and innovations have also gain reputable recognitions
from external organizations.

In the light of the above matter, we wish to take this opportunity to kindly seek meaningful contribution
from your organization to sponsor this event in various means and ways (please refer attachment for the
list of sponsorship packages offered). In return for such sponsorship, we would be giving your
organization significant publicity during the two-day event.

Terms and Conditions for SEDEX 34 Sponsorship:

 All benefits listed in sponsorship packages are negotiable to better suit both parties.
 All forms including the Reply Letter, the Sponsorship Confirmation Form, the publication
materials, company profile and logo should reach the SEDEX 34 Organizing Committee no
later than 26th November 2014, to avoid any complications regarding the publications of
promotion materials.
 For cash sponsorship, the payment shall be made through cheques or bank-in into the University
bank account:

 For banking in through counter, please mention ‘SEDEX 34 UTP’ in the receipt.
 For ATM or online transfer, please notify us the name of the account used to make the

 All cheques should be reach us before 25th November 2014.

 The Terms and conditions are subject to change. Should there be unforeseen circumstances that
the benefits cannot be fulfilled; the Organizing Committee of SEDEX 34 shall replace the
benefits with one of similar amount or value.
