You are on page 1/ 18

1.

Material Master set up in MM02; (Data from EWD100)

2. QP01: To create an Inspection Plan

We need to create an Inspection plan; however we are just displaying the

quality plan in QP03
3. IP11; Here you will create “Strategy” and “Packages”. We are displaying
already created strategy. The strategy will be created with a naming
convention “YME+shelf life”.

Strategy: Is a rule for the sequence of planned maintenance and inspection

tasks.

A maintenance strategy contains the maintenance packages that define the

cycle in which the tasks must be performed, for example, every two months,
every 5,000 km, every 500 operating hours. It contains additional scheduling
parameters such as shift factor, preliminary and follow-up buffers, and
hierarchy. Maintenance strategies are obligatory in strategy plans.
CWBQM: In this transaction you will be Assigning the Strategy and Packages
to the Inspection Plan.
If you need to record different tests with different severity, then you need to
create two IP with different MIC’s and assign those in CWBQM. In CWBQM
you can assign different strategies which are having different packages.

QST09: You are building the block for how the Stability study Inspection lots
to be created.

The naming convention will be Y+Plant number+shelf life

Now all the Master data is set up, we will be going to create an Stability study
Notification.
QM01;
SAVE the notification.

You can navigate to transaction IP10, to view how the Inspection lots will be
scheduled;
From here you can record the results and give Usage decision.

In the usage decision, if you want to cancel the stability study you choose a
proper UD code for Cancel. Then from the UD screen it will branch
automatically to the notification associated with that Study and you can click
“cancel Study” from the action box and SAVE the notification.

Also once you have completed all the study you can choose the appropriate
UD code and you can come to Notification and choose “Complete Stability
study” and SAVE the notification.
Additional options available in the QT notification;

1. You can print the physical sample labels according to your requirements
You can able to get the 2 extra labels.
2. You can create the Manual stability study Inspection lot from the
Notification.
You can view that an Inspection lot is created in QA32 transaction;
