When the enterprises participate in international economic


Objective of the integration, the knowledge of international business has
course: become very important and indispensable for the firms.
This course is designed to provide students the knowledge of
international business, including the knowledge of international
business environment in the context of economic globalization,
the differences between countries about politics, economic,
social, cultural and legal issues, and the issues related to
analysis, evaluation, decision making, as well as international
business strategies, organizational structure and the modes of
international market access of multinational companies.
After completing this course, students will have a foundation of
knowledge and approaches in doing international business. In
addition, students will be trained necessary skills like problem
detection, problem solving, decision making, teamwork,
presentation, report writing and communication skills..
Methods of teaching Presenting, Solving cases, discussing in group
and studying:
- Mid-term test: 30%
Evaluation: - Attendance: 10%

15 Summary + Multiple-choice exam

- Before 12 hours of the presentation, each group hands in the transcript through
email to lecture and monitor. The slide has to be hand in before midnight
before the presentation. The hardcopy of the slides and transcripts has to be
handled at the beginning of the presentation. Plagiarism is forbidden in the
class.

- For the bonus points: One right answer in the class equals to 0.5, one right
answer through email within 24 hours of the lesson (that has questions) equals
to 0.4.
