Mohamed Siddique and two other technicians carried out an internal inspection of concrete walls in a silo in Dhukan, Qatar on April 10, 2018. They arrived on site at 8:00, conducted a toolbox talk, and began arranging tools and lifting equipment until 9:30. From 10:00 to 14:30, they performed a visual and tactile inspection of the cement walls using hammers, taking pictures. They discussed the findings and documentation with the client from 14:30 to 15:30 before leaving the site at 15:45. The sole task completed for the day was an internal inspection of the concrete silo walls as requested by the client.
