Firmware Update Instructions

To update the firmware on an X-PAQ controller, insert a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive containing the firmware update file into the controller. From the controller's menu, go to System Setup > Controller Info > Firmware Update and select the update file. The controller will unpack, install, and restart with the new firmware. Contact technical support to revert to an earlier version.

Insert USB Flash drive with firmware update file to X-PAQ controller (USB
USB drive must be FAT32 formatted )

Tap SETUP

Tap SYSTEM SETUP

Tap CONTROLLER INFO


Tap FIRMWARE UPDATE under
GUI Board

Select the file on the USB flash drive that you wish to update to, the controller will then unpack the file,
update the software, and restart the controller.

DO NOT USE THIS METHOD TO REVERT TO EARLIER VERSIONS OF FIRMWARE. Contact ASG
Technical Service if you wish to revert to an earlier version.
