‫دليل لتوجيه المستخدم لحل مشكلة انتهاء صالحية وقت الجلسة عند‬

‫استخدام متصفح جوجل كروم‬

‫لقد تم توجيهك لهذه الشاشة بسبب وجود مشكلة في إعدادات متصفح جوجول كروم الخاص بك أو بسبب وجود عدة‬
‫جلسات فعالة لنظام ممارس‪.‬‬

‫لمنع هذه المشكلة من الحدوث‪ ،‬الرجاء اتباع الخطوات التالية ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬احرص على أن يكون هنالك جلسة عمل واحدة فعالة في نفس الوقت – احرص على وجود نافذة واحدة‬
‫وعالمة تبويب واحدة فقط ‪ -‬عند استخدامك بوابة الخدمات اإللكترونية (نظام ممارس)‪.‬‬

‫‪ .2‬في حال كان هنالك نافذة‪/‬عالمة تبويب واحدة فقط فعالة لديك وما زالت تواجه هذه المشكلة‪ ،‬يترتب عليك‬
‫تغيير إعدادات متصفح جوجل كروم الخاصة بك وتعطيل الخيار ‪“Let Google Chrome run in‬‬
‫‪ ."the background‬يمكنك فعل ذلك باستخدام احد الطرق التالية‪:‬‬

‫‪ )a‬من شريط المهام قم بالضغط على السهم في زاوية الشريط اليمنى‪ ،‬من الئحة األيقونات قم بالنقر‬
‫على أيقونة جوجول كروم‪ ،‬ثم اضغط على " ‪Let Google Chrome run in the‬‬
‫‪."background‬‬
‫‪ )b‬قم بفتح متصفح جوجول كروم الخاص بك‪ ،‬اضغط على الئحة الخيارات‪ ،‬اضغط على الخيار ”‪“Setting‬‬
‫في اسف الصفحة اضغط على "…‪ "show advances settings‬ابحث عن العنوان "‪ "System‬قم‬
‫بتعطيل الخيار " ‪Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is‬‬
‫‪." closed‬‬
