STUDIO POLICIES

Lesson Schedule: Regular Classes will be once a week. Date and time could choose depending
on the flexibility of the teacher and the student.

Payment Schedule: Payment should be made at the day that the teacher and the student or
guardian of the student agree. Payment could be per section or once a month according to the
discussion between the teacher and the student or the guardian of the student.
Payment Options: Piano: 10 lessons for 10000 pesos (1:00 hour per lesson)
Piano: 1 session for 500 pesos (1:00 hour per lesson)

Lesson Cancellation for student: cancellation could be make 5:00 hours before the lesson or one
day ahead. Notice could also be made 2:00 hours before the lesson due to the emergency cases or
sickness. The notice should be with a phone call or a text message. A message via Facebook or
messenger will be exceptional due to the condition of the student.

Lesson Cancellation for teacher: student will be inform one day ahead or 5:00 hours before the
lesson for the cancellation. Noticed could also be made 1:00 hour before the lesson due to the
sickness. And make-up class will be inform on another day (24:00 hours after the cancellation).

*The improvement of the students will be inform once a month regularly to the guardian
*Books and other supplies should be from the guardian
*parents could stay during the lesson depending on the age of the student.
