MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

The undersigned counsel for the Accused and unto this Honorable
Court most respectfully avers and states:

That he is withdrawing his appearance as counsel for the Accused in


the above-entitled case as there are some issues relative to lawyer-client
relationship, hence, it is earnestly requested that he be relieved of all the
duties and responsibilities as such counsel;

That it is hereby prayed that Accused be given sufficient time to engage


the services of another counsel to represent him in this case;

That this withdrawal is with the conformity of the Accused as shown by


his signature over his printed name below;

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in the interest of justice and


fair play, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the appearance
of the undersigned as counsel for the Accused in the above-entitled case be
withdrawn and that he be relieved of all the duties and responsibilities as such
counsel;

Other relief and remedies deemed just and equitable under the
premises are likewise prayed for.
