Figure 1: General and Specific Parameters Screen Layout

A new screen called SmartHCM will be provided to view salary sheets. Figure 1 shows the layout of the main screen which contains general and specific parameters panels. The general panel allows filtering of data by 7 criteria while the specific panel filters by payroll month. The screen will display department, employee count, allowances, overtime, total payment, deductions, loans, funds, total deductions and net salary for each department. Signatory fields 1 through 4 will also be shown containing values from text fields on the specific parameters screen.

A whole new separate screen will be provided in SmartHCM. Layout of that screen can be seen in Figure 1. Below are the details of main screen.

1. General Parameters
General filter panel where user can query their data based on 7 available filters.
2. Specific Parameters
This panel contains just one filter namely Payroll Month. It contains a date filter which take input in MM-YYYY format. Users can select payroll month of their choice to see salary sheet of any particular month.
3. Layout
a. This Panel contains a dropdown which shows saved layouts (Query parameters).

Note:

1. Department Column will appear in first column.


2. Employee Count will be shown in 2nd column which will show the count of employees according to department whose payroll has run.
3. All the allowances codes description will be shown from third column and will be sorted according to their codes.
4. Overtime will be shown after all the allowances.
5. Total Payment column will be shown after allowances and overtime columns.
6. All the deduction codes description will be shown from third column and will be sorted according to their codes.
7. All the Loans will be shown after deduction.
8. All the funds will be shows after Loans.
9. Total deduction will be shown after Funds.
10. Finally, Net Salary column will be displayed which is actually the difference between total payment and total deduction.
11. 4 text fields will be provided in specific parameters screen and those values will be shown in signatory 1 to 4 accordingly.
