PROPOSED PROGRAM AND BUDGET FOR

MUNICIPAL DISABILITY PROGRAM 2011

1. MUNICIPAL PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AFFAIRS OFFICE

Pursuant to Republic Act 10070, the all local government units from the Provincial down to the
municipal levels, are mandated to establish the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office and appoint a
Head of Office, preferably a person with disability who has at least three year experience in
implementing disability programs. Please find attached copy of RA 10070.

A resolution will be passed to the Sangguniang Bayan to approve staffing and budget for the office IN
2011.

2. PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES for 2010
