1 introduction
1.1. purpose：
The purpose of this document is to establish the testing procedures and criteria to be followed
during the Buffer tank for waste acid and alcohol tail gas site acceptance testing(SAT) at gaizhou
city enamel equipment factory ,detect whether the equipment meet technique requirements in the
contract, the quality control document is completely or not, the technique parameter is steady or not,
and the performance conform to process and GMP requirements.
1.2 contractual status：
This document becomes an element of a legal contract if the payment terms or shipping to
customer are depending on the approved execution of this protocol.
2 scope：
This document defines all functional verification tests to be followed during the execution of the
Site Acceptance Test, it concludes testing items, testing procedure, testing criterion and testing
result. The SAT activities shall be conducted to demonstrate that the equipment is constructed
according to the design specifications and the performance is in conformance with the process
requirements and GMP requirements at the manufacturer site before unit is shipped to customer.
This document does not cover all of the specified tests for the unit. SAT is an integral part of the
gaizhou city enamel equipment factory quality assurance and SAT. Various verification activities are
conducted during the manufacturing process and SAT. In addition to the tests described in this
document there are manufacturing quality assurance inspections that are recorded in the
manufacturing documentation. These include for example weld inspections , prefire, spray ceramic
glaze and enamel fire inspections.

The equipment design, manufacturing, materials, supply and configuration of all components must
be based on and conforms to China's GMP, GB150, HG2432-2001 " technology terms of glass-lined
equipment."

3.3 contract rule

4 pre-requisites for test：
4.1 Before SAT execution, buffer tank for waste acid and waste alcohol tail gas has been finished.
4.2 Test system should be safety.
4.3 Before do SAT test, both sides should come to a consistent for SAT protocol.
4.4 The supplier should offer utilities, check instrument and materials, and have specific SAT
testing personnel for responsibility.
4.5 The supplier should train SAT test personnels.
4.6 The supplier should take methods of working and the precautions.
5 SAT execution requirements:

5.2 list of testing tools and calibration certificate：

The tools used in SAT must own its traceable calibration certificate. Please write tools name,
accuracy and information of calibration certificate, then sign with date, the copies of all the
calibration certificate shall be numbered and attached to the protocol.

5.3.1 Any test is documented at the same time of executing according to requirements of this
protocol.
5.3.2 If there is any correction in this protocol, the original one cannot be covered by correction
fluid or other methods. The correct changing should be done as follows:

5.3.3 In the test data sheet test parameter and criteria will be pre-defined. Other cells e.g.
observation and signature will be completed by the person manually.
5.3.4Where observation is to be recorded as ‘Yes/No’, Tick ‘Yes’ when the observation is in
compliance with acceptance criteria, tick ‘No’ when observation is a non-compliance. If it
is not applicable write NA, if unobvious write suitable justification for being not applicable.
5.3.5Any mistake in the approved protocol format if identified before or during execution shall be
recorded as comment rather cancelling it manually. This mistake will be verified during review of
executed protocol
5.3.6 If there is any deviation, a digital photograph may be taken and print of the photograph may
be presented as evidence of compliance or deviation from the acceptance criteria.

6.1 document test：
6.1.1 test method: Check one by one according to the listed document index in result. According to

6.5 Hydraulic test

Purpose: test the resistance pressure of the tank

Methods: add water into the tank, then raise the pressure to 1.25 times design pressure,
holding pressure for 30 minutes, then reduce the pressure to design pressure ,check
leakage condition.
