Cascading Two DUS - Amos Commands

This document configures equipment in subrack 1 slots 1 and 2. It sets the administrative state and allowed restarts for the plug-in unit in slot 2. It then creates inter-plug-in unit links between the two slots and adds software repertoires and a slot to the DU extension software allocation.
