An engineer has worked for a company for one year as an MEP QA/QC Engineer on two different projects. He is requesting a salary increment as others in the company received increments after one year, but he did not. He has gained experience and learned a lot working for the company. Respective Madam,

Request for a salary increment

Currently I am working as a MEP QA/QC Engineer in xxx project. First I joined with the xxx
project and then I moved to the xxx project. I already completed one year period of time with
the xxx international (PVT) LTD.
I was thrilled to work with the xxx team and I learned and gained many things to my career
while working for xxx international. I have never ask anything more to add to my package as
others do in this one year period of time. I personally believe that there will be a salary
increment after completion of the one year period. But I’m surprised & shocked by seen my
new contract without any increment.
According to my knowledge, everybody got salary increments in this one year period
excluding me. I hope that xxx will re consider to add an increment into my package according
to the industry standards. Please consider my issues and kindly provide me a salary increment.
I really appreciate your immediate actions regarding this problem.
