VERIFY PHASE IDENTIFICATION AT MOTOR JUNCTION BOX AND AT MOTOR STARTER.
VERIFY MOTOR AREA CLASS TO INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT AS PER CODE AND APPROVED DRAWINGS.

VERIFICATION: YES N/A


COMPLETE ALL GROUNDING REQUIREMENTS AS PER APPLICABLE CODES AND PROJECTS IFC DRAWINGS.

VERIFY TIGHTNESS OF ALL MOTOR MOUNTS AND ANCHORAGE AS PER MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATION.

VERIFY THAT CONTINUITY TESTING HAS BEEN CONDUCTED (E127)

VERIFY MOTOR CONNECTION AT MOTOR J BOX WITH APPROVED CONNECTORS, APPROVED INSULATION
PROTECTION AND IDENTIFIED PHASES ONTO CONDUCTORS.

CHECK ALL CONDUCTORS ARE LABELED AND IDENTIFIED.


CHECK TERMINATIONS ARE COMPLETE AND VERIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROJECT APPROVED
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. INSPECT TERMINAL BOXES, CONNECTORS, RTD AND THERMOCOUPLE
LEADS.
ALL TEMPERATURE MONITORING CONNECTIONS AS PER PROJECTS IFC DRAWINGS.
PULL-TUG METHOD COMPLETED AFTER TERMINATION.
MANUAL OPERATION FOR LOCAL AND REMOTE SWITCHES.
MECHANICAL LOCKOUT POSITION, LOCAL AND REMOTE LOCATION.

CHECK FOR CLEANLINESS.
