We have used questionnaire method to collect information regarding welfare measures and job
satisfaction. The collected data is analyzed and tabulated below with the help of tables and
charts.

Inference: The respondents feel that the through safety and welfare measures they can boost
their job satisfaction , which helps them to have a congenial work environment which leads to
industrial peace and harmony in the organisation.
Findings:
The unit was well organized and hygienic. They provided adequate facilities to their employees
and welfare measures were effectively implemented. Job retention was high and employees had
good working conditions. The employees are committed to their work and the organisation.They
experienced a sense of security and job satisfaction.
Suggestions:
According to our observation, even though the company provides the workers with good safety
measures, the workers are reluctant to follow them. So our suggestion to the company is that they
insist the workers to follow the measures taken by them for their safety. Because precaution is
always better than cure.
