APPLICATION SUBMISSION

To all Bar 2018 Candidates,

Greetings!

To facilitate the submission process of your

bar application requirements, we have
prepared a set of guidelines that may help you

2018
in accomplishing your requirements.

Please note that the guidelines serve only as a

guide for the bar applicant in completing his
application. Furthermore, the applicant may
choose to accomplish his requirements at his
own pace and convenience.

Note: The LCBO may facilitate the notarization of the petition

at the expense of the Applicant. Please provide for the
following:
1. PHP 150.00 for the notarial fee (price subject to change); and
2. Photocopy of a valid Government-issued ID.

Note: In the absence of a Birth Certificate, submit a

Certificate of Late Registration

In case of discrepancy in the entries in the Birth Certificate

and Transcript of Records (TOR), the applicant is required
to submit a corrected Birth Certificate or corrected TOR,

OF NO DEROGATORY
RECORD, YOU ARE
REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A
CERTIFICATE OF GOOD
MORAL CHARACTER
(CGMC) FROM THE
UNIVERSITY.

Once you have secured your CGMC, kindly submit it to the

LCBO, either separately or together with your other
requirements.

Note: Again, it will be the College of Law (COL) that will give
you a copy of the Certificate of No Derogatory Record.
Strict compliance with your CGMC is required.

STEP NINE
TO SECURE YOUR
CERTIFICATION BY THE
