Madrasa Building Design

The existing madrasa building does not meet critical load safety standards for earthquakes and wind, and retrofitting is not possible due to adjacent structures nearby. It is therefore suggested that the madrasa building be demolished and students accommodated in the office building, with a new plan and structure then to be constructed in its place according to space requirements.

# Existing Madrasa Building does not pass under critical load condition of earthquake

and wind.

# Moreover, no retrofit is possible due to adjacent structure being within close proximity.

# Hence, it is suggested that the madrasa building needs to be demolished and madrasa
students should be accommodated in the office building.

# After demolition, new plan should be provided for madrasa building in accordance with
the available space requirement as per which design, analysis and construction of the
new structure will begin.
