MY PET PEEVE

I hate being late. Being late frequently causes losing your prestige and even more negative
consequences for many people and society. Imagine that if you are an important person in
charge of a team, being late means wasting the amount of time that should have been spent
on doing important things. The effect of being late is enormous. If every person in society does
not care about the punctuality, society will not be able to progress. Being late is not just a bad
habit but an inappropriate behavior rooted in one's thought and can cause unpredictable
consequences if we don’t avoid it.

 Should have = Đáng lẽ đã
 Being late means wasting the amount of time that should have been spent on doing
important things. = đi trễ nghĩa là lãng phí lượng thời gian đáng lẽ được dùng để làm

 Inappropriate = không phù hợp/không tốt
