1.1Purchase order

Go to: Departments -> Purchase -> Order Processing -> Purchase Orders
 Create New Production order for Make to Stock Purpose.
 Here new feature added for define GST Registration no. Vendor order Adderess wise.
 After this click on Update artwork To component sytem will update all packing items
as per define production stages.

1.2Consumption Journal

Go to: Departments -> Manufacturing -> Execution -> Consumption Journal


 After creating production order user need to go Consumption journal page for making
consumption entries prodcution order wise her user user need to select Production
order on Order No. Filed.
 After define order No. User need to select Order line no. system wil show selected
order no. lines.
 Production Order Components here user need to define which item need to consume.
On Quantity filed user need to define consumption quantity.
 Define lot for selected item need to consume.
 Post Consumption line after define all required details.
1.3Output Journal

Go to: Departments -> Manufacturing -> Execution -> Output Journal

 For Making Output entries user need to go on Output Journal page.


 Here user need to define Posting date for making define material process date.
 Selcted order no. from list, After selecting order no. user need to selected produce
item from Item No. filed.
 Operation no. here user need to define Machine no. to define on which machine
process are done.

 In MRK process blow inspection process done by employees, so here functionlity


develope for selcting employee on output journla page.
 Here user need to define process start time & End time.
 Unit cost this filed value come from employee master.
 Here user can select scrap item as per define on Produce SFG of FG item card page.
After define scrap quantity user need to post Putput Journal Line.

 If Produce item have lot no. then user to define lot no.
 On Production order’s action tab user can check Item Ledger Entries.
1.4Bulk Consumption

GO to: Departments -> Manufacturing -> Execution -> Bulk Consumption


 On Bulk Consumption page user select item and applied date fileter.
 As per date filter system will suggest output journal lines. Here system suggest
consumption quantity of item, user can change suggested item quantity.
 In MRK chemical are consumed on bulk bases, By this functionality user can enter
bulk consumption item and production order wise.
