Dear Engr. Tuason,

Part of the games in the upcoming CDU Intramurals 2017 is the Scrabble and Chess Team
Tournaments. To give the spectators a better view of these events, we are conducting it at the CDU
North Atrium area in front of the Registrar’s Office.

In this regard, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to use the
said area on August 23-24 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We would also request for

35 – monobloc tables
100 – monobloc chairs
4 – industrial fans
1 – sound system

Attached is the layout of the proposed tournament area.
