TERM & CONDITIONS

Guaranteed Attendance
* Invoice will be based on the guaranteed attendance, even if the actual attendance is less than the guaranteed attendance.
* Should the actual attendance exceed the guarantees, it will be charge accordingly.
* Changes in the guaranteed attendance to be advised at no later than 72 hours ( 3 working days) prior to the date of event.

Confirmation
* No reservation or block booking will be done until a 50% deposit is made to the account department and with authorized
signatory for government, corporate and non-corporate groups. Otherwise, the reservation or events booking will be Auto-
Release without prior notice.
* The reservation of flight or hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if confirmation was
not received unless confirmation is given in writing to WAN PULAU TIOMAN AGENCY.
* Please be advise that all arrangements of rooming list / events / itinerary must be finalized at (3) weeks prior to the date of
event.
*Charges will be imposed for any changes in set-ups and other arrangements after this prior.

Deposit / Payment Schedule


* All deposit / payment paid are non-refundable and no-transferable.
* Total payment must be settled (5) weeks before the date of departure.

Payment can be made by cash, company cheque, or telegraphic transfer. Should payment will made via cheque, kindly ensure
