sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

which is in the process of registering its corporate name with the Securities and
Exchange Commission;
That we, in behalf of the said Corporation, hereby undertake to
immediately change its corporate name as herein provided or as amended
thereafter upon receipt of notice or directive from the Commission that another
corporation has acquired a prior right to the use of said name or that the name
has been declared as misleading, deceptive, confusingly similar to a registered
name, or contrary to public morals, good customs, or public policy.
This Joint Affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever
legal purpose and intent it may serve.
