I. Essential Ideas

Netiquette - are rules of etiquette that apply when communicating over computer networks,
especially through the Web (Internet).
- short for "network etiquette" or "Internet etiquette”.

Netizen - is an Internet user who follows the rules and conduct on Internet usage.

Newbie - is an inexperienced internet user who gets himself or others into trouble as he
interacts online.

A. Clarifying Understanding
