With due respectfully. The President’s Secretariat (Public-1 Section) Rashtrapati


Bhavwan, New Delhi sent to you above said reference letter.

The case has been already proved false against me & my family and disposed off
same by Honourable high court, Rajasthan and supreme court, New Delhi.

The matter is not related to Passport officer or passport issue.

I have sent this letter to President for 1. Compensation loss of earning due to
false case 2. Legal action against opposite party & investigation officer 3.
Provide a suitable job by Government of Rajasthan.

Please take legal action against the culprit people who falsely implicated
innocence people for malafide intension & blackmailing.

I have lost entire carrier, respect, life & got physical & mantel pain whole life.

Also grant compensation & job to applicant for spend the rest life peacefully &
respect.

Please cancel the direction in RPO, Jaipur & directed to Director General Police,
Rajasthan, Jaipur or Home Ministry, Rajsthan, Jaipur for necessary action.

Most respectfully, The case facts are-


1. That, The applicant is present resident at Sawai
Madhopur. Who was living in Jaipur before
01/10/2011. Applicant went Africa for his job on
contract basis on dated 01.10.2011 from Jaipur.
2. That, the FIR No. 04/13 has been registered at Mahila
Thana, Tonk U/s 498A, 406, 120B, 323, 328 IPC and
DP Act 4 in Mar, 13 due to it applicant come back India
in July, 2013.
3. That, the applicant file a petition before High court U/s
482 CrPc. The High court accepted petition vides order
No. 1913/13 dated 15.07.14. Opposite party file SLP
against these order same was dismissed vide order No.
7256-7257 dated 04.07.2016
4. That is investigation officer arrested the applicant on
dated 25.07.13 against the law on the basic of false &
fabricated fact and report. The applicant got bail on
condition to deposit the passport and surety on dated
27.07.13 & released the Jail on dated 29.07.13.
5. That, the applicant apply to release the passport to
secure his Job, life, dignity, peaceful life and bound

condition. But application was rejected by ACJM,


Uniyara due to false submission by opposite party.
6. That, the Applicant file petition to Before this
honorable court, which is accepted vide order No.
3608/13 dated 15.07.14 but opposite party file the SLP
& got stay order against the release the passport to
secure the Job.
7. The SLP was dismissed on vide order No. 7256-7257
dated 04.07.2016 by Honorable Supreme court of
India.
8. That, due to falsely arrested, mental and physical
tortured by police, applicant is subjected to suffering
unemployment Since July, 2013, mental & physical
pain & disease, lost earning capacity, of peaceful &
respectful life in the eye of society and employers.
9. That, the ACJM, Uniyara pass a order maintenance
order interim on dated 09.06.17 section 125 Cr.P.C.
@5000/- since 11/2014 to wife. The applicant has no
means to pay this amount. The applicant got threat to
sent jail due to nonpayment of it.
10. Applicant is humble prayer to you
1. Please take necessary legal action against opposite
party.
2. Please order to Rs. 2.0 Crore compensation against lose
of 4 year life, inhuman behavior of police, false arrest,
lose of earning, expenses in court case, mental and
physical pain, lose of peaceful, respect life and dignity.
3. Please order to state to provide the Job to applicant
for spend the rest life to dignity & respect.
