Proposal for Constructions of Houses
“This proposal for construction of houses was documented, keeping in the mind that SGS
Groups of industries approached XIME, requesting for the financial support to constructing
10 houses for the poor people effected in the Kerala floods .assuming that both the companies
are located in same localities i.e Kalamassery”

Introduction:
“Helping hand are better than praying lips.” In the recent times, Kerala is extremely effected
by the flood, where it causes a massive loss of life and property and displaced many of the
people from their home. Many poor people have lost their shelter, which got distrusted by the
heavy flood water. Ernakulum is the one among the twelve districts that has faced a severe
consequences of flood. Many individuals living around the area of Kalamassery have lost their
houses. Huts and kutcha houses are mainly affected and are in the stage of collapse. Around
150 houses are in this condition and these families don’t have shelter to living, where they are
under the shelter of government collage and schools .Majority of these households are below
poverty line and cannot afford to construct their houses. So it is the time to wave our hands to
help our people and contribute our part for the welfare of the society.
We are with a proposal to help the poor and needy people with the support of your organization
.Our company, SGS Groups is planning raising 10 houses for these people .we would like to
collaborate this program with all your support and we request you to join this activity. This
program requires an amount of 25, 00,000/- for execution .We request you to contribute for
your portion for this program. We still can remember the contribution you made to develop
women’s medical college in Kalamassery in 2012.
Below, we brief you the details of the project:
1. Long term objective:
1. To provide permanent shelter to poor.
2. To address their problem in various season.
2. Short term objective
2.1 This project is intended to construct 10 houses for household affected in floods
2.2 To help them in rehabbing in their own places.
2.3 To address their problem with proper shelter.
2.4 To provide source of income as a daily wager until the construction work
complete.
2.5 To delivery our social responsibility towards society.
3. Outputs
3.2.1.1 Aim to construct houses for household affected in floods.

3.2.2.1 This provides better environmental conditions.


3.2.2.2 Improves the standards of living.
3.2.2.3 Provide shelter for households, which include 3rd class labour working in our
institutions.
3.2.3.1 They can overcome the problem with the seasonal changes, where they faces
severe problems all the four seasons.
3.2.4.1 This provide self-employment for household over period of construction.
3.2.4.2 Motivates household for efficient way to complete task in given period
3.2.5.1 This generate better brand reorganisation in society.
3.2.5.2 Improves positive reputation.
3.2.5.3 Improves the employees motivation and our activists stands as good role
model for our students
3.2.5.4 This activity helps to gain support and loyalty of the localities towards our
institutions.

 Discussing with households people.
 Approving the plan.
 Finalizing the date of completions.
 Encouraging employees from our organisations for volunteering for activity.
 Dedicating responsibilities for employees volunteering to support the activity.
