1. Pompa running sekitar 1 bulan.

2. Vibrasi pompa bagus.

Analisa :

1. Shaft lower patah pada impeller stage 2.

2. Lock washer pada impeller nut sudah korosi.

3. Area patah shaft terlihat adanya bentuk seperti beban impact karena beban puntir.

4. Lock washer broken menyebabkan impeller stage 1 turun. Sehingga impeller stage 1 stag/ menempel

pada area case wearing bellmoth yang mengakibatnya shaft patah karena beban puntir.

Standardization Note :
Action yang akan dilakukan ;
· Shaft akan refabrikasi.
· Up grade material lock washer.
· Beberapa area part yg scratch akan direkondisi/ refabrikasi.
