OFFICE OF THE GENERAL SERVICES
Arellano Law Foundation, Inc. Taft Avenue corner Menlo Street, Pasay City
Gentlemen:
On behalf of the students, employees, reviewees-tenants of the dormitory, I am writing this
letter to follow up the repair of water pipes for purpose of improving the flow of water supply in the men’s comfort room which is long been abandoned and still pending up to date. We are experiencing grave inconvenience compelling us to write this letter. As for the status of the water supply, the water cannot accommodate two persons using the shower rooms at the same time especially every morning when number of tenants were using it and occupies four of the shower rooms; no water in the sink when someone is taking a bath.
We are praying that the administration act promptly on the matter.
