The Chair of the Planning Board has called a meeting of the Planning Board for
Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber of City Hall.
At that meeting, the following agenda will be discussed:
1. Call to Order and reading of the Minutes of the August 7, 2018 Planning Board
meeting.
2. Subdivision Final Plat Approval – Request submitted by Howard P. Lyndaker III,
PLS, of GYMO, DPC on behalf of Richard Alexander of 618 James Street LLC for a
two-lot subdivision of 968 Bradley St., Parcel Number 1-11-102.000. A public
hearing has been scheduled for 3:05 p.m.
3. Special Use Permit – Request submitted by Anthony M. Heaney for a Special Use
Permit to allow an automobile sales lot in a Neighborhood Business District at
1543 State Street, Parcel Number 5-14-103.000
