Dear Hemanth,

In response to your application for a suitable job with us and further to the subsequent interviews
held by us and on your acceptance of the job-offer made to you, we are pleased to offer you the
position of ‘Network Security Analyst’ in our Company with effect from 02nd February 2015.

It must be specifically understood that this offer is made based on your proficiency on
technical/professional skills you have declared to possess as per your application for employment
and your ability to handle any assignment/job independently.

The initial place of posting will be at our Tarant Software Pvt Ltd, Bangalore office.

At the time of joining you will be paid gross emoluments as detailed in Appointment Letter
Annexure– A. You have to agree the special terms and conditions as described in Appointment
