Quick Reference Guide • Research Output

Template – Non-Textual Form

There are eight templates to select from Non-Textual Authors and affiliations
Form:
See QRG: Add Authors and Affiliations
• Software
• Digital or Visual Products Managing organisational unit
• Web Publication/Site
• Artefact There can only be one managing organisational unit per
• Exhibition research output. If there are multiple Bond authors on a
• Performance record, use the lead Bond author’s Faculty or Research
• Composition Centre.
• Design • Click the add button (+) to add the managing
organisational unit.
Peer-Reviewed
• Select Peer-reviewed or Not peer-reviewed.

• Select the managing org unit.

Publication state
• Enter the Publication status and date.
Note: the Year is required Publisher
• Click Add publisher.

• To add multiple publication statuses and dates, click • Search for and select Publisher.
Add publication status and date. If the publisher is not listed, click Create New.

• Enter Name and click Create.


Publication information
• Enter the Publication information.

• Hint: if copying the abstract from a PDF, the


formatting can be out. A quick way to fix it is to hover
over the top right corner of the Abstract field and click
Formatting.

Then click the brush.

Template – Non-Textual Form

Electronic version
• Select Public access to the file.
You can add an electronic version of the research output
to the record. This can include a copy, DOI or link to the
paper. You can add multiple electronic versions.
Remember to select the document version and the
public access to the file.
• Click Add electronic version (file, DOI or link).

• Select Licence to document.

• To upload a copy, click Upload an electronic version.

• Either drag the file or browse your computer for the


file.

Relations
• Other content from Pure can be related to the

• Enter the DOI.

• To add a link, click Add link to an electronic version.


• Search and select the relation.

• Enter the website link.

• Select the Document version. Don’t forget!


• Once the details have been entered, select For
validation and click Save.
